I am not sure how individual my experience was but the bag was everything I wanted in terms of size, shape, pockets etc etc. Delivery and all the initial transaction pieces were perfect but a few days into my proud new ownership the METAL zipper for the laptop compartment in the back broke off and came away in my hand. Now, I am not ‘that’ rough with these things but I do need something sturdy that allows me to speedily get the zipper open and closed at airports or when I need to pack up quickly when I am already late getting home. So, we sent it back and I think they said the returns process takes 30 days…still waiting…I want a refund and have gone back to a boring old (sturdier) bag.
